Frequently asked questions

You simply need to visit our returns portal. There, you can select the items you wish to exchange, write what you want to exchange them for, and receive a return label for your exchange.

You can return your order via our returns portal. There, you select the items you wish to return, choose “refund,” and receive a return label for your return parcel.

For returns and refunds, a fee of between 10–30 USD will be charged for using the return label.

To ensure you get the right size, we recommend using our size guide. All you need is your waist and inseam measurement to find the perfect size.

Not sure if the product is too small: Our products contain a lot of stretch and will give over time. They are meant to fit snugly when brand new – but not be tight or uncomfortable.

Not sure if the product is too big: If you’re unsure whether they’re too big, they probably are. Our products do not shrink in the wash but will give a little at first. We recommend choosing half a size too small rather than half a size too big.

If the size isn’t quite right, you can exchange your items for another size for free via our returns portal:

We have two types of store credits: type 1 via email and type 2 via a customer account.

Type 1 (via email): If you’ve received your store credit by email, you’ll find a unique 16-digit code by clicking “View gift card.” You’ll then be redirected to our website where you can shop freely. Remember to click the “Use” button at checkout to apply the credit.

Type 2 (via customer portal): In the top right corner, you’ll find a customer icon next to the search and basket icons. Click the customer icon and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit code by email to log in. Once logged in, click “Store” in the top left corner and start shopping. At checkout, make sure “Apply credit note” is ticked to use your store credit.
